Widex TV Play is a streamer that connects to your TV or other audio sources, allowing you to wirelessly stream the sound directly to your hearing aids. The sound is heard with the amplification your hearing aids are set to, providing a clear and wireless sound without the need for extra equipment.

You receive a stable streaming experience thanks to the new dual-antenna technology. There are no interruptions or dropouts in the streaming, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the sound from your TV.

Widex TV Play is controlled with an app on your smartphone. You can adjust the volume between the streaming sound and ambient sound via the app, achieving the desired balance between the two. If you’re watching TV with others, you can choose to keep the ambient sound on to follow conversations. If ambient sound disturbs you, you can choose to turn off the hearing aid microphones and only hear the TV sound. This way, you achieve an optimal TV experience with Widex TV Play, where you can easily adjust the balance between the sounds directly on your phone.

Another advantage of turning off ambient sound is that any potential echo is eliminated. This can occur when the TV’s own sound is too loud. Therefore, other viewers can adjust the TV volume according to their needs, making it easy to watch TV together without affecting your own sound and TV experience.

Widex TV Play automatically connects to your hearing aids when you approach the streamer, so you don’t have to do anything to establish a connection between the devices. Furthermore, your hearing aids disconnect when you leave the room but resume when you are back within range.

Phone calls will always take priority on Widex products. With incoming calls (on a phone connected to your hearing aids), streaming will be interrupted, and you will receive the call directly in your hearing aids. Once the call is finished, streaming resumes.
