Oticon ConnectLine Microphone Lanyard

The Oticon ConnectLine Microphone Lanyard is a replacement neck cord for the Oticon ConnectLine Microphone.

It attaches to the microphone and allows the person speaking to wear the microphone comfortably around the neck instead of clipping it to clothing. This can be especially useful when clothing does not provide a suitable place for the microphone clip.

Keep the microphone close to the speaker

The ConnectLine Microphone is designed to be worn by the person you want to hear. Oticon recommends positioning the microphone approximately 10–20 cm from the speaker’s mouth and pointing it towards the mouth.

Using the lanyard helps keep the microphone in a suitable position while allowing the speaker to move naturally during conversation.

Built-in safety release

The lanyard is designed to release if it accidentally becomes caught on something while being worn. Oticon advises against shortening or modifying the lanyard, as this could interfere with the safety-release function.
