What is CeruStop?
CeruStop is a small wax filter designed to protect the receiver in hearing aids from earwax, moisture and dirt. By replacing the filter regularly, you help prevent damage to sensitive components and reduce the need for repairs. At the same time you support better ear hygiene by keeping unwanted particles away from the ear canal.
Why choose CeruStop?
- Protects the hearing aid receiver from wax and humidity
- Reduces the risk of breakdowns and repairs
- Helps maintain clear and stable sound quality
- Easy and clean filter replacement
- Each filter comes with an integrated tool for removal and insertion
How to use CeruStop
CeruStop filters can become blocked over time, which may cause weak sound, intermittent sound or no sound at all. When this happens, the filter should be replaced.
Remove the dome from the receiver, use the built-in tool to take out the old filter and then insert a new one in its place. It is recommended to change the CeruStop filter every 4 weeks to keep your hearing aids working as they should.
Additional information:
Regularly replacing CeruStop filters helps your hearing aids perform reliably and improves comfort by reducing wax and particle buildup in and around the receiver.
