Smokey Domes are designed for Phonak and Unitron hearing aids with either a receiver or SlimTube. These domes are available in three versions: Open, Closed, and Power domes with double membranes.

Each type of dome is available in three sizes: 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm in diameter.

Regular replacement of the domes helps maintain optimal sound quality and may help prevent eczema and discomfort in the ear canal. It is recommended that the domes be replaced every four weeks, or as needed.

Why choose Open Smokey Dome Small?

Open Smokey Dome Small is designed for replacement use. The dome is the part of the hearing aid that sits furthest inside the ear and is therefore one of the most exposed parts of the hearing aid. In addition to helping your hearing aid sit comfortably in your ear, fresh domes help ensure optimal sound quality.

Each packet contains 10 domes. It is recommended that they are replaced every four weeks, together with the wax filters.
At one point, the manufacturer changed the material to a smoke-coloured material. This provides a better shadow effect in the ear and makes the dome more discreet. At the same time, the material was changed to a more skin-friendly option.

Smokey Domes are measured at their widest point: 6 mm for Small, 8 mm for Medium, and 10 mm for Large.
