This large 10 mm dome is designed for compatible ReSound, Beltone and Interton hearing aids using S Receiver or HP2 Receiver systems. Its open design allows airflow through the ear canal while providing a larger fit for users who need more coverage than the 5 mm or 7 mm versions.

Large open dome for ventilated fittings

The dome measures approximately 10 mm at its widest point and is intended for larger ear canals or users who need a larger earpiece for a more secure fit.

The ventilation openings help create a more open feeling in the ear and reduce acoustic sealing compared with more closed or power-style domes.

When should the dome be replaced?

Check the dome regularly for earwax, damage, hardening or discolouration. Replace it when it becomes blocked, worn, loose or no longer attaches securely to the receiver.

If sound becomes weak or muffled even though the dome looks clean, also check the wax filter and receiver for blockage.

How to replace the dome

1. Gently pull the old dome from the receiver.
2. Check the receiver and wax filter for earwax or damage.
3. Push the new dome firmly onto the receiver connection.
4. Check that the dome is securely attached before placing the hearing aid in your ear.
