Receiver NP is an external miniReceiver speaker unit for compatible ReSound hearing aids, and selected Interton and Beltone models. The receiver is the small speaker part that sends sound from the hearing aid into the ear. A practical replacement part if the existing receiver is worn, damaged or no longer delivers clear sound.
It is important to take good care of the hearing aid receiver, as the receiver is located inside the ear canal itself. This is best done by replacing the wax filter once a month, which prevents dirt and moisture in the hearing aid.
