CROS Tube 5.0

The Phonak CROS Tube 5.0 is designed for use with Phonak and Unitron hearing aids that feature the SDS 5.0 connector system, including popular models such as Audeo Marvel, Audeo Paradise, Audeo Lumity, Audeo Life, and Specsavers Advance 70 and 71 Series. It serves as a direct replacement for the earlier SDS 4.0 CROS Tubes, providing improved stability and updated design for modern hearing aid fittings.

The tube is fitted with an integrated Cerustop wax guard, which helps prevent earwax from entering the sound channel. This protection is important for maintaining consistent sound quality and extending the lifespan of the hearing aid.

Identification is straightforward: each CROS Tube 5.0 is color-coded (red for right ear, blue for left ear) and clearly marked with its size (0, 1, 2, or 3), along with a “C” to designate it as a CROS component. The push-and-pull designallows for easy replacement without tools, making routine maintenance simple and efficient.
