ReSound has used different power connections across its product generations. Older chargers and accessories may use Micro USB, while newer products increasingly use USB-C.

Before ordering, check the charging port on your device to make sure it uses Micro USB.

Compatibility

The ReSound Micro USB Cable is intended for compatible ReSound chargers and accessories equipped with a Micro USB power connection.

ReSound has used both Micro USB and USB-C across different products, so the cable should not be assumed to fit every ReSound charger or wireless accessory.

If your device has a USB-C port, you will instead need the corresponding ReSound USB-C Cable.

When should the cable be replaced?

Replace the cable if the connector becomes loose or damaged, the insulation is cracked, or charging repeatedly stops when the cable is moved.

If a compatible replacement cable does not solve the charging problem, the power adapter or charging device itself may also need to be checked.
