Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Returns Eligibility

- Defective or damaged products.

Non-Eligible Returns:
- Items that have been opened or used (unless faulty).
- Hygiene-related products (e.g., hearing aid domes, ear tips) that have been opened.
- Customized or personalized items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact our support team at info@japebo.com before sending the product back. We will provide detailed return instructions.
If you received the wrong item or ordered the incorrect product by mistake, we understand that hearing aid accessories can be complex. Simply reach out to us, and we will gladly assist you in exchanging the item. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return envelope for your convenience.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after approval.
Refund Conditions:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover all shipping costs.
- For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
