Efficient charging – at home and on the go

Phonak Charger Case Go is ideal for you who wish to charge your hearing aids when you are on the go. This inductive charger is designed for Phonak Audéo Life hearing aids which are waterproof and sweat proof. When using Charger Case Go you will never run out power for your Audéo Life hearing aids no matter where you are.

Phonak Charge and Care charger charges, dries and cares for your hearing aids from Phonak. The Phonak charger is a charger that dries hearing aids with an active, ventilated air stream and treats the hearing aid with UV-light. Simple and ready to use – by the click on a button the UV-light treatment and the drying process begins while the hearing aids are charged.

Phonak Charger Ease has magnets in the charging openings, making it easy and effortless for you to insert and remove your Audéo L-R and Audéo L-RT hearing aids. The charging station is equipped with a power bank that can be charged using a USB-C power cable. It only takes 3 hours to fully charge your hearing aids for a full day of use.

The charger is very user-friendly, and you don’t have to worry about turning your hearing aids on or off. You simply insert your Audéo Lumity hearing aids into their respective charging openings, and they will automatically turn off. When you remove them from the charger, they will also automatically turn on.

How to charge with Phonak chargers

Charging your Phonak hearing aids using Phonak chargers is a straightforward process designed to be user-friendly. Here’s a general guide on how to charge your Phonak hearing aids:

1. Prepare the Charger:
   • Ensure your Phonak charger is connected to a power source. This could be through a standard wall outlet using the supplied power adapter or a USB port if your model supports it.
2. Insert the Hearing Aids:
   • Open the charging case or access the charging slots on your Phonak charger.
   • Place the hearing aids in the charging ports so the LED-lights on the hearing aids face the same way as on the LED-light on the charger. Make sure the hearing aids start to charge – the LED-lights on your hearing aids will be red when the hearing aids are charging. If the hearing aids are not placed correctly, they will not be charged.
3. Charging Process:
   • Once the hearing aids are correctly placed in the charger, they should begin charging automatically. Many Phonak chargers have LED indicators that show the charging status:
   •  The light will be green when your hearing aids are fully charged.
   • Charging time can vary depending on the model of the hearing aids and the charger. Typically, it takes about 3 to 4 hours to fully charge Phonak hearing aids.
4. Completion and Storage:
   • Once the hearing aids are fully charged, remove them from the charger. They are now ready for use.
   • If the charger doubles as a carrying case, like the Phonak Charger Case Go, you can safely store your hearing aids in it when not in use, ensuring they are charged and protected.
5. Maintenance:
   • Keep the charger clean and free from dust. Regularly check the charging contacts both on the hearing aids and the charger for any dirt or wax buildup and clean them gently with a dry cloth or as recommended by Phonak.
